We offer both Vegan and Gluten free options at breakfast. Please notify the staff preferably upon arrival or at breakfast time and they will serve you with the options we have.

Our reception is open until 10 PM every night. If you need to check in later that is no problem at all as everyone gets a code sent to them prior to the arrival so you can self check in at any hour.

During high winter November-March a 4×4 car is necessary to access the Blue View Cabins. Blue Hotel Fagrilundur is close to the main road and is accessible by all car types - depending on general weather and road conditions of course.

Our smaller cabins can accommodate max 2 persons.

Blue Hotel Fagrilundur does not have a restaurant, but within walking distance you have several options: Friðheimar is next door with their famous Tomato Greenhouse Restaurant for lunch, Friðheimar Winebar Restaurant is open from 1 PM to 10 PM (kitchen open until 8 PM) and Mika Restaurant is just across the street with great lunch/dinner options. Also there is a "takeaway" restaurant with on-site dining option serving great fish and chips and hamburgers that you can also bring to our dining hall to enjoy. All these restaurants are within walking dinstances and then there are more restaurants within 10-20 km drive.

Our cabins are a self service accommodation all equipped with a kitchen. So they do not have a breakfast option in general but upon special request off-season guests can contact our hotel nearby for breakfast option.

Our hotel has an open reception from 3 PM to 10 PM. After 10 PM a staff member is always reachable by phone and comes to the hotel or cabins if assistance is needed.

All our hotel rooms are equipped with a fridge with a small freezer. And of course all cabins.

Blue Hotel Fagrilundur has balconies on the second floor of the hotel as well as a good seating area outside of the reception/breakfast hall.
